• Account information: Email address, name, and profile photo when you create an account via Google or Apple Sign-In.
• Photos: Images you upload or capture to generate AI redesigns. These are processed to produce results and stored on secure servers.
• Notes: Optional text notes you add when generating a room redesign.

Information collected automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and a stable anonymous installation ID.
• Usage data: Features used, generation history, and in-app events — used to improve the service.
• Crash reports: Anonymized crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AI room redesign service.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g., generation completion).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

We do not use your photos or content to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

• Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the service (e.g., cloud storage, AI processing, payment processors), bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Generated images are retained for 90 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

Prum AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• RevenueCat (in-app purchases)
